Hands trembled and joints clenched uselessly as static once again dominated his vision. 'Why?' he cried uselessly as he felt his balance begin to tilt.
One hand was flung behind him to grip the wall and attempt to center him. Or was it the floor? His gyroscopes were insisting the floor was now behind him even though he had no memory of falling or laying down.
Voices crowded his audials - screaming, begging, sobbing. His jaw was so tight, he was afraid it would fracture from the stress.
And then the static cleared. The noise left.
Bluestreak took a deep inhalation, feeling his armour expand slightly. Real... this was real.
Until the monsters came again and swept him back to Praxus once more.
